Artezio participates in the 3rd Annual Investment Forum of Business-Leaders “Innovations for Business”

The Annual Investment Forum of Business-Leaders, taking place in Moscow Region in one of key Russian non-formal business-events and gathers entrepreneurs, start-uppers, investors and business gurus. The agenda of this year Forum was oriented on presentation of the best international business-experience, implementation and adaptation of new technologies and business-processes. The Forum gathers over 800 attendees including business leaders, entrepreneurs, experts and investors interested to improve their competitiveness by investing in innovations and modern technologies.

In his presentation “Artezio – story of one Russian start-up” Artezio’s CEO Pavel Adylin shared his 20-years experience of doing business in Russia with young entrepreneurs. He told how to establish and develop a technological service company, drew attention on the topic how to perform complicated projects using distributed network of subsidiaries. The presentation was welcomed by participant of the event.

Since its inception in 2000 as a start-up with four employees staff Artezio became one the leaders in Russian software outsourcing industry and accomplished over 300 projects in North America, Western Europe, Israel, Japan and Russia. The main factors of such success are the prior attention to HR-policy, time-management, planning and project approach, orientation on clients needs, ability to allow for mistakes an to change plans in a short notice. All these principles were expounded in the presentation of Mr. Adylin.
