For the past couple of years cloud technologies have become a popular model for many

companies around the world. According to the Brocade survey, nearly 48 percent of

European companies have already implemented a cloud based infrastructure while a lot

of companies are planning to migrate to the cloud in the near future.

Since the beginning of this millennium, a standard mobile device has gone from being

no more than a simple two-way pager to being a cellular phone, GPS navigation system,

an embedded web browser, and Instant Messenger client, and a hand-held video gaming system.

Many experts argue that the future of computer technology rests in mobile/wireless computing.

Already today Artezio is ready to help with the development of any mobile application according

Artezio sponsored the Roadshow organized by the Outsourcing Institute

Artezio sponsored the Roadshow organized by the Outsourcing Institute. New trends to cooperation growth with East-European IT-services providers appeared. New business contacts were established.

The conference organized by the Outsourcing Institute and sponsored by Artezio was entirely devoted to the discussion of recent trends in IT-outsourcing and BPO. The event, taken place in a hall, kindly provided by Morrison Foerster Consulting Company, gathered consultants, service providers and customers from the U.S., South Africa, India, Portugal and Latin America. Eastern Europe was represented only by Artezio.

The conference schedule was very busy. The event was organized in a form of round tables where all participants discussed such specific issues as methodology of service providers’ selection, various approaches to negotiations and audits, contracting, managing relationships between providers and customers, use of modern communication means for suppliers’ search and cooperation.

Attendees of the conference emphasized an appearance of new clear customers’ trend not to use services provided only by Indian suppliers, but also to work with service companies from other regions, including Latin America and Eastern Europe. Thus, most of forum attendees demonstrated a special interest to Artezio and the Company CEO Pavel Adylin could establish a number of business contacts with the participants of the event, showing that an increasing interest to East-European providers of IT-services finds a response in Russian IT-community.
