Build- Operate-Transfer (BOT) is a type of arrangement in which Artezio builds an offshore development center (ODC), operates it and eventually transfers ownership of the ODC to the customer.

Build-operate-transfer service at Artezio includes:

• Create a separate legal entity.
• Search and rent an office in low-cost location.
• Search, attract and hire IT engineers and office employees basing on requirements of the customer.
• Design, build and support of IT infrastructure.
• Manage software development projects to the requirements of the customer
• Transfer office, employees and legal entity to the customer in accordance with the contract terms
