Artezio has confirmed its compliance with ISO 9001:2015 that describes the arrangement of internal processes for quality control of services and products. The ISO 9001:2015 compliance audit at Artezio was conducted by TÜV, a German group of companies.
Artezio regularly confirms compliance of its internal quality control processes to ISO 9001:2015. Compliance with the requirements of the standard is part of the company’s general development strategy that ensures Artezio’s customers with high-quality services for the creation of cutting-edge business automation solutions.
“Our company passed certification in 2003 for the first time. Since then, we successfully pass the audit for compliance with ISO each year. Our investments in quality demonstrate the company’s responsible attitude towards the production processes and customer service,” says Andrey Shagalov, Director of Quality at Artezio.
The certificate is issued by ISO, an international independent non-governmental organization made up of national standards bodies. ISO Central Secretariat is based in Geneva, Switzerland. According to the organization, today, over 1 million companies from 170 countries comply with the ISO 9001 standard.
