The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) updated its traditional rating of the world’s best outsourcing service providers for 2020. Along with Artezio, the recognition features the most successful providers of outsourcing services and business automation solutions.

The Global Outsourcing 100 is compiled annually based on comprehensive data received by IAOP’s experts both from companies themselves and independent sources. Information collected by IAOP allows them to evaluate the successful development of ranking participants in the market, the quality of their solutions, and customer satisfaction. The selection for the Global Outsourcing 100 list is respected by experts and is recognized by professionals all over the world.

Clients’ testimonials are an important component of evaluating a company within the Global Outsourcing 100. IAOP’s experts analyze independent opinions of customers of software solutions and correlate them with other metrics for each company in the ranking.
