Artezio has been using Atlassian JIRA for more than 9 years. In the very beginning we started with defect tracking and tech support tickets management. At the moment most of workflows in the company are processed through JIRA: we have customized fields, issues, workflows and many proprietary Jira plugins and gadgets.
At some point we realized that we have enough expertise and can build something that could be useful for other software development companies or IT departments in large corporations. So we did and for the last five years we have been providing professional services for Atlassian JIRA and Wiki, including setup, customization, technical support and plugin/gadget development.
Recently we found out that we could move even further – release our own plugins/gadgets on the Atlassian Marketplace
Now at Artezio we’re working on several plugins and planning to release them very soon:
