International company Intercertifica-TÜV, along with TÜV Thüringen, has audited the quality management system of Artezio for the 10th time. Artezio has confirmed its compliance with international standards ISO again.
The ISO 9000 family of standards is a series of international standards. These standards describe the requirements for a quality management system of organizations and companies. More than 190 countries have adopted ISO 9000 as national. An ISO certificate is not an award, but must be reassessed regularly in accordance with the recommendations of the certification body, usually annually. The current version of standards “ISO 9001:2008” has the newest requirements for quality management systems. Different companies of any size or industry focus use this version.
The auditors of Intersertifika prepared a detailed report on all the changes made to the quality management system since the last audit. In addition, the experts commended the company’s policy on quality. Last year the company implemented a new е-time management system ART-Time, which is the internal Artezio’s software solution; updated the following project management practices: “Accounting of Contacts and Lids in Jira”, “Examples of Project Risks”, “Recruiting for the Project”, “Organization of Business Trips”. Artezio also deployed the SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) Exams Simulator and enhanced its project management and collaboration systems: JIRA was updated to version 5.0.5, and WIKI was updated to version 4.2.3. The company joined Oracle Partnership Program.
“Our team carried out the full internal audit, as well as the analysis of the functioning of the quality management system (QMS) in Artezio. We can say that the company acts in accordance with the current legislation. Supervisory audit revealed that the organization’s QMS is fully compliant the requirements of ISO 9001,” says Larisa Evuthova, Team Audit Intercertifika.
It’s worth mentioning that Artezio got its first ISO certificate in 2003. In 2009 the company’s QMS was fundamentally changed and enhanced, which allowed Artezio to pass the audit for the latest version of ISO standards – ISO 9001:2008. Artezio successfully confirmed the certificate in 2010 and 2011.
