Artezio Introduces a New Mobile Solution for Meeting Planning

There is a wide variety of office applications for Android users to choose from. However, most of these apps focus on a narrow circle of typical tasks. The market research shows that most users need a multipurpose solution with a friendly UI that would provide a quick access to the necessary information. Artezio mobile department has developed a new application that allows creating a meeting or any other event in the blink of an eye, and you just fill in the required information using all the advantages of a modern Android-based mobile device.

Meeting Tracker features various tools for working with meeting protocols (so-called “meeting minutes”). The main functions of this new solution are the creation of text notes and multimedia files; emailing meeting results to the participants; collaborative web discussions; meeting planning – a possibility of creating single or repetitive events, reminders, and notifications which is similar to MS Outlook functionality.

Meeting Tracker grants an opportunity to visually store meeting protocols on a mobile device. By one click or touch the user creates a new meeting with a detailed description with photos taken by a built-in camera or pictures chosen from the gallery, voice records, and video files. After creating a new meeting the app aggregates the information into one file and automatically sends the notification to all participants. Artezio’s Meeting Tracker also allows uploading meeting minutes to a web page where all the colleagues can discuss them.

Meeting Tracker has been published on Google Play, and has reached more than 1,000 downloads by both Russian and foreign users. The application is free and has Russian and English localizations. Statistics show that the application is mostly downloaded by tablet users.
