Artezio successfully passes ISO surveillance audit

On September 5, 2017, Artezio once again successfully passed the ISO 9001:2015 audit.

The current version of the standard is developed in compliance with a guideline that establishes a new single procedure for the structure of management systems. The updated standard is traditionally considered more agile and risk-oriented.

At Artezio, the audit was carried out by a representative of Intercertifica in partnership with TÜV Thüringen, a well-known international organization that provides a full range of services on issues related to security and quality.

Since 2003, our company has proved its compliance with the ISO certification during annual audits, and each time it is among the first companies to adopt a new version of the standard. This year, we again received confirmation from independent experts that our quality management system, processes, quality control, risk management system, and system for collecting customer satisfaction data meet the highest world standards, which means that Artezio continues to be a reliable and qualified partner.
